Votchina
Build cities, roads and monasteries — and share the land with your neighbors
Votchina is a tile-laying board game for your phone. Each turn you draw a tile and place it on the shared map so the edges match: city to city, road to road, field to field. You may put a follower on the tile you just placed — a knight in a city, a robber on a road, a monk in a monastery, a farmer in a field. Whoever scores most rules the land.
Ways to play
- Against bots — seven levels from Novice to Master, and bots can have personalities.
- Two to five players on one phone, passing it around.
- By link: make your move and send the link to a friend in any messenger.
- Online: a table code, friends by tag, rated tournaments with a clock — how to run one.
- “Pick of three” — three tiles lie face up, so there is less luck of the draw.
No strings attached
The game is free. There are no ads, no purchases and no analytics. It works fully offline; online play needs only a nickname — no email, no password.
Tournaments
A round robin for 3–8 players — for a club, a group of friends or an evening together: rounds start by themselves, and so do the clocks and the standings. How to gather players, and what organizers and referees do:
